Building a cassava project team in Ogun State
The Cassava Farm Project is the sample project in our guides. Here is how a creator like Ibrahim Musa puts a verified team together.
The Cassava Farm Project and its creator, Ibrahim Musa, are the sample project you’ll see on our Projects page. They show the path any project creator follows, from an idea to a team that can deliver it.
1. Set up the project
A project starts with its category, overview, objectives and scope, a banner and a video. Agriculture is one of fourteen categories, from film to manufacturing.
2. Roles with an agreed percentage
Each team member takes a role with an agreed team percentage. Open roles, such as a logistics lead, are posted as team openings with their location, percentage and duration.
3. Verify the team
Every member passes identity verification. On the project page, partners see each role and whether its member is verified or still being hired.
Partners judge delivery by the team. A verified team is the first thing they look for.
4. Toward the first harvest
With the team in place, the creator publishes a partnership opening with clear terms, runs the work in a shared team room, then declares revenue and records distributions per agreement.
Financial projections are estimates. No guaranteed profits; outcomes depend on performance.
