We collect what we need to verify you, run your partnerships and keep the platform secure. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising cookies. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, within what the law requires us to keep.

This Privacy Policy explains how ANIPARTNA collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to facilitate your participation in our wealth creation ecosystem, including full name, email, phone number, government-issued identification (BVN/NIN/Passport), proof of address, corporate registration filings, and bank account details for dividend payouts.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) screening, contract execution, dividend distribution, fraud prevention, platform communication, and compliance with statutory financial reporting obligations.

3. Data Security & Storage

We employ 256-bit bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Your sensitive credentials and verification documents are housed in ISO-certified, ring-fenced cloud storage vaults with restricted biometric and multi-factor authorization.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share required data with certified identity verification providers, partner auditing firms, licensed escrow custodians, and statutory regulatory bodies as mandated by law.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, request data deletion (subject to statutory anti-financial crime retention laws), and lodge complaints with data protection regulators.
